What changed
Material changes to the engine and the site — the ones a member would want to know about. This log is curated, not automated; small fixes are left out.
Candlestick academy, measured on live market history
Added an English and Romanian candlestick-pattern guide with eight patterns, real BTC/ETH/SOL OHLC examples, two exhaustive scenarios, sample size, market base rate and a 95% confidence interval. The forming candle is excluded and no outcome is presented as a promise.
A stricter validation trust boundary
External validation reports now use a separate credential, a durable acknowledgement-and-retry queue and an explicit external provenance marker. External results may contribute evidence but cannot grant Certified status by themselves.
Responsive and accessibility pass
Reworked navigation, dialogs, application flow, live-data states, media loading and terminal docks across phone, tablet and desktop. Motion now respects reduced-motion preferences and expensive visual effects stay off mobile paths.
A tighter homepage and a command line
The homepage was cut to a single nine-scene narrative — less to read, the same evidence. Added a ⌘K command palette for keyboard navigation and a member welcome surface.
The research, made public
Published the methodology paper (v1.0, dated and versioned), the validation evidence with real failure cases, and the transparency page explaining every number on the site.
Validation framework documented
The five gates — data integrity, real edge, unseen data, every market regime, and the robustness proof — were written down as the standard for publication.
First survivors proven robust
Eleven strategies cleared every gate and held up under random-scenario stress. A subset began routing forward-test signals so live results can accumulate in the open.
Where this came from
What the engine does, and its first milestones, 08–16 June 2026.
The methods that protect big institutions were never secret — only expensive: testing on data the strategy never saw, across many years and every kind of market, with realistic costs and fills. QuantRhino runs those methods non-stop, for individuals. Every round it tries thousands of strategy ideas and throws out almost all of them. The few that hold up are published with the evidence behind them. How the engine works stays private; what it finds is the product.
