How the numbers work

The founding counter

The counter is a database count of accepted applications — nothing else. It is served publicly at /api/beta/stats so anyone can read the same number the site reads. There are no countdown timers, no "viewers right now", no manufactured urgency anywhere on this site. If the true count is small, the site shows a small number.

Reviews

Applications are reviewed by a person, in order, against the answers given — not scored by a machine. The review window is 72 hours. Waves close when their seats are assigned, not on a schedule. Declined applications are erased after 90 days.

The research numbers

Catalog counts, validation results and forward signals are read live from the research database — not hand-edited marketing numbers. Founding members get the full results behind every strategy; the live forward test is the ongoing audit, and it requires no trust in us.

The gap was never intelligence. It was infrastructure.

Almost any strategy can be made to look good on the period it was built on. The hard part is proving it wasn’t luck — and publishing the failures too. That is the whole difference, and it is the only claim we make.
